Inspection on Arrival
When your order arrives, please inspect it promptly. Please check for the following upon arrival: correct size, color, and style.
Accurate quantities
Any visible defects (e.g., fabric damage, broken zippers, stitching issues)
If any problem is found, we will immediately correct your order — either by replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue (see table below).
For shipping damage, please keep the original packaging and take photos before disposing of anything.
How to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order:
Email us at service@uvprotectwear.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include in your email:
Your order number
Item name(s) affected
Clear photos showing the issue
A brief description
We will reply with further instructions (usually within 1–2 business days). Do not return items before receiving return authorization from us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unopened and unused
Not damaged (by customer use)
In re-saleable condition
With all original packaging and any tamper-resistant seals intact
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered — this helps us protect the hygiene and quality of our sun protective products.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at service@uvprotectwear.com with your order number.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refund processing begins within 2 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you haven't seen the refund after 14 days, first check your bank statement. Then contact your card issuer — they can track it on their end once we've released the refund from our system.
